HOW ARE THE PRODUCTS PRESENTED?
The products are ready to use and can be stored in a refrigerated place at +4°C. Simply open the package and use them according to the instructions.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO BUY FROM ABROAD?
No, e-commerce is only active for the Ho.re.ca. Italia channel. For purchases from abroad, contact us by phone or email.
I AM A PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL, CAN I MAKE PURCHASES FROM THE ONLINE SHOP?
No, e-commerce is only intended for the Ho.re.ca. channel and therefore for those with a VAT number.
HOW DO I PAY?
Payment is made at the end of the order in one of the chosen methods (Bank Transfer, Paypal, Satispay). For payments by bank transfer, it is necessary to send a copy of the transfer to: ordini@basepizzasrl.it
ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED, HOW WILL THE PRODUCTS BE SHIPPED?
The shipment will be made via refrigerated courier +4°C, with deliveries from Monday to Friday; for further information we recommend you read the Shipping section.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Depending on product availability, delivery is expected within 3-4 working days from the date of shipment. For Calabria, Sardinia and Sicily, 2 more days must be considered.
WHAT TO DO IF THE PRODUCT DOES NOT ARRIVE OR IS DAMAGED/NONCONFORMING?
