Returns and refunds

We inform you that pursuant to art. 59 Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014 , the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:

  • order of Products made to measure or clearly personalized;
  • ordering Products which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • order of sealed Products which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons or which have been opened after delivery.

With reference to the cases of exclusion of withdrawal listed above, in particular, you are informed and accept that among the "Products that risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly" are included those Products of a food nature whose characteristics and quality are subject to alteration, also as a consequence of inappropriate storage by you after delivery.

Without prejudice to the above-mentioned exclusion of the right of withdrawal, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without stating the reasons, within 14 days from when you or a third party appointed by you (i) received the product or (ii) in the case of the purchase of multiple products delivered separately with a single order, received the last product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to inform BASE PIZZA SRL , with registered office in Gravina in Puglia (Ba), Via Baffi, 7, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by sending an explicit declaration to BASE PIZZA SRL , in the manner you prefer. In order to facilitate the timely management of your request, we invite you to use the contact form or communicate your decision to withdraw to the email address info@basepizzasrl.it using the attached standard withdrawal form. If you choose this option, we will promptly send you an email confirming receipt of the withdrawal to the email address you provided when purchasing the product, containing the return form to be included in the package, and the instructions for returning the product, to be sent no later than the following 14 days to:

Any refund of the price paid and the related shipping costs will be made, where possible, using the same payment method used by you when purchasing the Product.
