The products are shipped via refrigerated transport by third party carriers.
Base Pizza srl ​​cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery, which will take place without an appointment and is intended to be at street level.

Departures are on Monday and Thursday.

Orders received after 6pm on Friday and over the weekend will be processed the following Thursday.

Deliveries in Italy of products purchased on www.basepizzaitalia.com take place on average within 3/4 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) from the shipment of the order. For Calabria, Sardinia and Sicily, 2 more days must be considered.
IN ITALY SHIPPING IS FREE.
FOR SHIPPING TO FRANCE: from 1 to 60 boxes the shipping cost is €250.
From 61 to 120 is equal to €500.

Delivery times are estimated and not binding, they may be delayed in the event of holidays, strikes or other causes of force majeure and in the event of delivery in disadvantaged areas. For orders placed by advance bank transfer, times will be calculated starting from the confirmation of payment.

Base Pizza Srl, following successful payment, will issue a sales invoice for the products (the information provided by the Customer will be considered valid). No changes to the data will be possible after the invoice has been issued.

In the event of failure to collect the products by the Customer, the products will be returned to Base Pizza Srl. In this case, the costs for returning the products to Base Pizza Srl will be borne by the Customer.

Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check that the packaging is intact, undamaged and unaltered. Any problems must be reported immediately to the company Base Pizza srl ​​by writing to orders@basepizzasrl.it or by calling 080 3250183.
